Peek - a - boo!

I wanted to post these pictures because you can really see the color of E's eyes (and it was funny to turn around and see his little body under the coffee table). They are a deep grey blue. In most pictures you can't tell if they are brown or blue. Maybe they are still changing?

Our little superstar!

On Sunday night we went into E's room and found him doing this! He is growing up way too fast!

Today I took E grocery shopping with me and he was stopping traffic all through the store. At one point five people were stopped in the grocery isle playing with him and capturing every little sweet smile they could.
He brings so much joy to our lives! It is fun to see him bring a little bit of joy to so many others as well. I feel so blessed to be his mother.

A Saturday at the park with Grandpa

The lighting was so good I couldn't stop taking pictures. These are just some of my favorites of E. The little bruise on his forehead is his first battle wound. He got into a fight with the door frame.

What consumed my time last week?

Listening to this CD:

While working with all of this stuff:

To make all of these things:

Our decorations weren't very fancy, but I think they helped everyone get into the Halloween spirit. Most everything I used to decorate for our Halloween party was purchased at Target's dollar spot. I love that place!!

I wanted to show my punch bowl and share a little trick. Can anyone guess what other purpose the punch bowl serves? It is acutally a glass cake stand with the bottom and the top flipped upside down. Pretty cool huh! Now go see if your cake stand can do this too, I bet it will come in handy someday.

Our first official party!

We decided to host a Halloween costume party for those of us that wouldn't be out taking kids trick-or-treating this year. I think adults should have fun on Halloween too!

As you can see we have some very creative friends! I loved all of the costumes!

E and his cute little friends:

We feel so blessed to live in an area with so many great families close to our age.
Thanks for coming!
