Empanada's and Chimichuri, Yum! Yum!
PS Yesterday we went out and bought a late birthday/Mother's day gift at Wal-mart, a Schwinn hybrid bike and a bike trailor for Emmett, oh and a helmet. We were so excited to go for a bike ride we rode to the grocery store. I ran in and picked up what we needed for this week (which wasn't very much) and then we rode back home. I LOVED it! We will have to get some pictures soon.

Empanadas always make me think of Paul. I'm so glad you had a nice birthday! Wish I could have come to the Ikea date with you and Miss Hill!
